Test Temperature Ranges

Signal Integrity can deliver test sockets for extended temperature testing for automotive, elevated temperatures up to 170-degree C and we have delivered custom contactor pins and sockets and probe fixtures for cryogenic and advanced research applications. 

These extended temperature sockets can use probes from any of our model series with extended spring temperature operating range options.

Our large temperature range on our spring options in our probe pins, are specified to operate from -40 C to 160-170C.  The specified spring force required for the application is maintained throughout this range. 

Cryogenic Test Sockets

We work closely with our customers on cryogenic socket and probe fixture applications operating below 10K. Maintaining the constant of thermal expansion (CTE) while using metal alloy materials for mechanical operation at extreme low temperature is the challenge and needs to be evaluated for each application
